Throughout her career, she has brought together leaders from industry, government, defense, academia, and technology to address complex challenges and move ambitious ideas from discussion to action.

As Founder and Principal of Converge Consulting, Debbie advises organizations operating at the intersection of advanced manufacturing, industrial-base development, workforce, and emerging technology. Her work includes building public-private partnerships, strengthening regional ecosystems and supply chains, advancing technology adoption, and mobilizing diverse stakeholders around shared priorities.

Debbie brings a rare combination of industry knowledge, strategic perspective, business leadership, and relationship-building.
