Why Converge?

Converge was named for that powerful moment when the right elements come together—when an ambitious idea meets a practical strategy, when capabilities align with a real need, and when the right partners commit to a shared objective.

That point of convergence is where possibility turns into momentum.

Complex initiatives are rarely held back by a lack of ideas. More often, the challenge is aligning the strategy, stakeholders, resources, technology, and path to execution.

Converge Consulting helps organizations make those connections. We assess the landscape, clarify the opportunity, build the strategic framework, and bring together the people and capabilities needed to move forward.

Our approach is creative, collaborative, and grounded in decades of experience across manufacturing, engineering, technology, and organizational leadership. We combine deep industry knowledge with an extensive cross-sector network to turn complex priorities into coordinated action.

Our Founder - Debbie Holton
